First, make sure you're signed into the Ubisoft account on which the game was activated. If you're still not having any luck, please reach out to our team at support.ubi.com with the following information!
1. Usernames you may have used in the past.
2. Any email addresses you own.
3. An image of your Ownership folder. You can locate this by navigating to the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership
