We cannot discuss or investigate bans over the forums I'm afraid. I can confirm however that it is not possible to adjust or lift temporary sanctions as they're implemented server side. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this, if you have any video of this happening you can provide for us please do so via a support case.
