[2022] Can't rejoin to ranked.. as usuall

How is it that I can't even once play 10 placement rounds in ranked without any issues? Just finished match with guy how on purpose was not dissarming defuser and another one just left. Now I can't play at all. I started matchmaking and after about 5min I hit 'cancel' button to refresh mm, but got a message that I am already in ongoing match and if I leave I'll get penalty, so I clicked to rejoin. And waited another 5 min. Restarted the game and clicked another time button to reconnect and currently I'm waiting another >7min without any effect and I belive after that match (if any is actually ongoing) I'll get a ban and MMR penalty even before I got my placement.
I just get back to this game after almost a year of pause and it still has the same issues. Does anyone work on fixing bugs in this game or it will be like that until last player will have enough of it? =/
