[2020] Rejoining ranked matches

Let us rejoin ranked matches after we have been disconnected so we can continue playing with our group and not screw them over, and continue with our score. It isn't our fault we have been disconnected, why punish us and them. Give us like a 3 minute cool down to let us join, then give us the suspension.
