So my account got hacked and banned, that's not what this is about. I contacted Ubisoft Support and i've been waiting to get a response for 3 days so far. My question is can I play on another account or am I hwid banned and would just get that account banned too since my main is perm banned?

I'm sorry if you haven't had a reply to your ticket yet. I'll chase that up. Whilst a new account that owns the game would still work, we cannot guarantee you won't get banned again. If BattlEye detected something on your computer to cause the first ban, unless you know what it was and have got rid of it, it could still happen again.
