[2021] [Ubisoft Account]Have been banned twice within 24 hours of playing without doing anything

I bought this game at like the end of last December to be able to play with my friend, played a few games with him then I had to go for a bit and when I came back the next day my account was banned for cheating with no idea how or why, I didn't have anything running in the background that I was aware of that could be thought of as a cheat or a hack yet I was banned anyway not even 24 hours after I bought my purchase, I bought it on steam as a little not, tried requesting my account back or at least the reason I was banned because I simply did not know what could've possibly triggered that ban, I played like 5 games and did horribly at them and next day I'm banned, anyway the ban appeal I have sent took like 2 weeks for them to respond in which they refused it and didn't even tell me the reason why I was banned so I was left again clueless so after a long while of trying to get my account back I was just fed up with this after I was basically mugged for my lunch money by Ubisoft and got prevented from being able to actually play and have fun with my friends, well as you all know free week was just here, my same friend told me I could try playing the game again on another account on Uplay and see if the first time was just a false random thing and this time it would be alright, I transferred the files I had from my steam account to the Uplay account folder because I live in a country with very limited internet so redownloading like 60 gigs is a pain, so I was able to run the game with no problems and played with him for a few games as well, was all looking just fine and we were having fun then the next day, wouldn't you know it, I was banned again for cheating mid game clueless as to why this happened again, I have sent a ban appeal to the support but I really don't think they would really bat an eye for me like they did the first time, kept me hanging for over 2 weeks to just tell me they refuse without giving me any reason whatsoever why I was banned so now I'm coming here for anybody to help me, yes I am that desperate, I got banned on this account which I only got for free week as a test and my other account on steam which I bought the game at and have been banned for like 3 months on it now I would like to get an idea of what is happening, I really do not understand why this happened not once, but twice I legit had just bought the game, got banned, tried it again 3 months later, got banned again even though I wasn't even doing well at all, is it like a program that's running at the background or like a messed up file or something like that? I'd really appreciate some help right now, thank you
