What difference does my ISP make? I didn't know the other guy who got disconnected (and didn't/couldn't rejoin). And also the other team lost people too, but they could rejoin. Western Europe.

It's for data collection! For instance if we see more people with a certain ISP dropping more frequently than another one, it warrants looking into.
