As stated above, the same old 'syncronizing data' issue but this time its not giving me any renown amd increase in Alpha Pack chance percentage

Hey EyeofGuy, thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention.

This particular error message is something that has been brought up by a number of players and is already under investigation by our game team however as far as renown is concerned, it seems like this issue was already addressed you should still be receiving it, so in order to check whether this is not the case, have you possibly tried restarting your game?

Hey Pad_Trick, thanks for getting in touch.

Have you tried restarting your game to see if you can see your content? I've had a closer look at your account and can see that you've been awarded for every single match you've played.

In certain instances, this can be delayed however you should eventually receive it all.

Can I just double-check if your content is still missing or are you able to locate it? If it's missing, can you tell us the exact time your match took place (if possible)?

As far as ongoing match issue goes, it's something that our game team is aware of as it has been passed along for further review however we do not have any updates at the moment. As soon as we do however, details will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye and our apologies about the inconvenience in the meantime.
