Does anyone know why I haven't received my seasonal charm (Steel Wave) I haven't played since the season and came on recently to play again and its not there.

Some players continue to request past Seasonal Charms to our Support Teams. While we understand the desire to obtain earlier Seasonal Rank Charms, Customer Support will only be able to compensate for any errors in the previous Season.
I'm afraid as Steel Wave was a couple season ago now, we wouldn't be able to assist.
