Hellog guys, I want to ask a one question before I install a program, I want to install a "Resahde" program for Rainbow six siege for better colors in the game, it's a filters colors, can I use this and don't get banned for this?

While of course, this program wouldn't provide an advantage in-game exactly, as it is making amendments to the game's files, you do run the very serious risk of it being flagged by BattlEye and sanctioned.
I would personally advise against using any additional game altering software to save running the risk of having your account permanently banned.
