My support ticket has not been responded to by Ubisoft.

I no longer own the game as a result of linking an already linked account.

I've already followed the instructions for contacting ubisoft support to recover my account, but it's been twenty days and there has been no response.

As a result, I am unable to log in to a purchased game and receive support on a LIVE SERVICE PLATFORM.

I really just want a proper response.
