I unfortunately witnessed an extreme case of racially charged harassment in an R6 game last night and have been trying to report them through the Ubisoft Support website ever since. Not only is the website incredibly slow, once I finally finish making my ticket it refuses to let me submit it. Idk what is going on, it is definitely not my internet or as I can load any other pages or games in a heart beat. It has been a complete struggle just to even report them and at this point I am wondering if you all can help me or if I can just report them to you directly

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about what happened.

There can be a lot of reasons why you were unable to submit your ticket, however if that does ever happen again, I'd recommend to try using another browser/connection, or alternatively - try accessing website through Incognito Mode, to see whether problem persists.
