Everytime an update has been released I cannot start the game and it says file corruption detected. No error code.I need to re-install the game every time this happens. It also happens after a small update (1GB). I tried a lot but it keeps happening and i need to re-install my game every time.

In order to resolve this, try whitelisting Rainbow Six: Siege Uplay PC client from your Antivirus and see whether problem persists.
As for the file corruption, if it ever happens again, just as ISlurpz suggested, try verifying your game files instead, as this should save you a lot of time .
