Yesterday the game started crashing a couple of times, and has been happening more frequently over time. For example, today its almost consistently every other match.
What would happen is the game would freeze in the middle of a match. Then black out and crash to desktop. I have been able to launch the game every time without ban timer (this is quickmatch), and start another match but then it crashes again. Is there anything I can do on my end?

  • Does not happen in menu only in game.
  • Does not show an error code or message after relaunching the game.
  • Have downloaded recent nvidia drivers and restarted computer multiple times.
  • Checked vram usage and graphics settings, below half usage.
  • Gameplay is otherwise smooth and no frame drops.

  • 1080p custom settings, 144hz

Moving this to Support. Can you provide the error message you've been getting after your crash if any? Also, I would recommend attempting to run the game in administrator mode or launching the game in a different API like Vulkan.

Hey folks! Sorry to hear you're experiencing these crashes. As a first step, can you please go through our PC troubleshooting guide here? I would also recommend that your game and launcher(s) are on the same drive.
