Just played against a group. The whole group had a ping in the 130-150 range. Shooting them in the face and then moving and in the kill feed they shoot well AFTER we move. Blood flies but we are not to be seen. The whole match they just ate shots. And they were shooting people through places that were not possible.

On top of this I went to view their profiles to block them and it was like they did not exist. It just said "That did not work" which is some kind of error. This is on Xbox.

I checked their names on stat trackers. They were not good players. But they were from Europe and had jumped to U.S. servers. This gave them a massive advantage. Not sure if this is something a player can get banned for but it should be. And at the least players should have the option of avoiding players from other regions.

Hey there.

If you suspect foul play please report these players to us via a private channel and we'll investigate further.

You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you. Thanks!
