Why does the servers always kick me on the final round in ranked, because of this i have received sanction after sanction when its not even my fault for disconnecting. Has anyone else had this problem if so is there anything i can do to mitigate this from happening.

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing connection troubles and disconnecting in the last round.
To help mitigate this from happening I would advise to follow our connectivity troubleshooting guide to ensure that your network is configured for the game
