I can't mark half the time. Seems like a long delay, and maybe that's intended, but sometimes I can't ping anything for 30 seconds into the match. I haven't timed it but very frustrating.
Then, I can't voice chat half the matches. It won't work for two matches, then will another. Then stop again.

First and foremost, so that we could get a better idea about the issue you're having as well as what may be causing it, I would like to ask you the following:
1. Since when did these issues start to happen?
2. As far as ping or voice-chat problem goes, did you notice any consistencies or anything in particular that would allow us to reproduce the issue?
3. Did you notice whether your ping is higher when you're having issues with pinging location?
4. In terms of voice-chat, do you possibly have any additional software running in the background that may be using voice functionality at the time, such as 'Discord' for example? If you do, it is known that it may interfere with in-game voice chat therefore temporarily disabling it can help to resolve it
