[2021] Grey screen for a a second while playing

Hi
My game worked fine in ps4 before todays update .Now the screen becomes grey for some seconds while I am playing. What can I do ?

Do you own a digital or physical copy of the game?
Do you still get the grey screen flashing up after reinstalling?
