About 20 minutes ago I and my group of 4 friends were playing a ranked match when suddenly all of us froze in place, and after a couple of od seconds, we were all disconnected from the server and automatically received a 30-minute ban. I'm guessing it was a server problem. The 30-minute ban is not the problem. All we want is our renown and ELO back. I'm hoping someone at Ubisoft can see this so we can get our precious ELO back
