[2023] R6 Siege Time-Limited Challenges Not Working

I have been trying to claim time-limited rewards from the challenges for the past few days and it has not been working. It says, "Challenges are currently not available" when trying to claim them. When I go onto the website it says, "You open a fortune cookie, it says: Nothing is broken, everything is redirection." So how am I supposed to claim these awards??
