Hello, Ubisoft. I've had a problem when me and my friends were playing ranked and me and one other friend suddenly got a common glitch where our mouse cursors are on the screen and cant look around, we both left the game and cancelled and i have gotten a ban, i would like to recieve my permissions back to play ranked please.

Unfortunately when leaving a ranked game, for any reason, you will receive an abandonment sanction, we are unable to remove these sanctions for you as they are only handled by the game.
As for the mouse cursor glitch, could you give me some more information on this bug? Can you tell me when does it happen in match, what are you doing and how does it affect you please?
