Dear Ubisoft Team,
I am writing this thread to notify you that there is a bug in my game costing me to get random elite characters whenever I purchase a reasonable amount of Rainbow Six credits. Twice after buying an amount of credits, I have logged on to be surprised that I have some how obtained an elite skin using the credits I have bought. When buying credits, I expect to be able to choose what skins or characters I want however, this bug has taken this away from me. If you're still reading this Ubisoft, I would ask if I could get in to contact with your team so that I could hopefully get this bug fixed. I am not asking for something unfair yet, all I am asking for is a refund of the credits that have been used to purchase the following to elite customization bundles on my account, Zofia and Frost.
