I created a support ticket after I synced my account without realizing it had already been synced with a different email that I lost, and the person who responded to me advised me to send my launcher log and a screenshot of my Steam receipt that I had sent from the start.

The issue hasn't been solved despite ten days having passed since then. Although I made a few mistakes, this is still not a live game without the necessary support.
