I have spend 20$ on points in the shop and supplied Ubisoft support with EVERYHTING they have requested. They just sent my case to Escalated. I have read multiple cases saying that people have waited MONTHS to receive a response when in this state. I want my money back or the points rightfully in my account. This is stupid and I have wasted a lot of my time with this issue and want this to be resolved.
