i needed help in what i could do, I opened up a ticket 10 days ago on nov 20 and I still haven't gotten a response from ubisoft, all they say is they are working on my case, I made a ticket when I was wrongfully banned for cheating and I know I'm against cheaters too but I never cheated this is why I'm so focused on trying to get this resolved

For any issues related to permanent bans, we ask players to contact us through our support channels where we can verify your account and give more information about your ban as we are unable to discuss this over forums.

You can appeal your permanent ban, but please make sure to submit as much information as you can, as you can only appeal a ban once.
You can not appeal a temporary sanction.
As you currently have a case ongoing I can only assume this has been escalated because of the time taken, we take player ban appeals very seriously and will take necessary time investigate the players account. Thank you for your patience with this in the meantime.
