I recently got banned on my playstation so i made a new account but when i unlincked my account it still says that the ubisoft account is bound to my banned account. I dont really care about my operators or renown i bought the version with all of the opps so I wouldnt even need them but I was saving up alpha packs for over a year and had 144 and was getting ready to open them. Please help
Hello there guest-oBqyGXyz, if you are banned from playing Rainbow Six Siege on any platform, this will also ban that Ubisoft Account you are currently using from ever being able to play the game again.
If you are refferring to the fact you were banned from the PlayStation platform and not actually banned from the game Rainbow Six Siege, you will need to get in touch with us through our support website so that we can help you unlink your old PlayStation account and link a new one, please be advised we can only link 1st party accounts for players once.
