bought the game today, I signed out of Ubisoft because i created it with wrong email could verify email, because I couldn't change email with a email instructions to the email signed sign up with... thanks Ubisoft!

Created new account signed now i can't play i don't have key as i bought it with steam if get this fixed im getting a refund this is bs!

pls help!

First and foremost, as far as email change is concerned, we are more than happy to look into this for you, however as it's something that we can only discuss with the owner of the account, I will need to ask you to reach out to us via one of the channels below:

3. Twitter

In regards to your other issue, may I just double-check the following - you bought the game on Steam, activated on your initial account that has got the email address incorrect, and then in response, you've created another Ubisoft account with email address that is correct however you are being welcomed by the ownership error, is that right? Let us know!

I have took a look at your case and can see that the agents asked you for a proof of purchase for the game to help locate which account it belonged to.

Please update your case when you have gathered this information.
