I have been playing the new season and while I was playing ranked I lost a game and lost 9mmr. Then the next game I Lost 29,the next game I lost 33. I went to see what my mmr change was and it was 30.i have only played 30 games this season and Im plat 3. Can somebody explain why Im getting so little,and if I could get a Ubisoft customers support person to help me out.thanks and goodbye

Thank you for getting in touch about this. Rankign and MMR is not just based on wins and losses. There is a lot of factors that are taken into account, you can find more information on how the ranking system works here:
