This is a problem I encountered recently and I presume it's a bug. When in a match (up until now it has always started from the first round) my mouse won't fully work. I can ADS and fire but not look around, with such a bug, playing is practically impossible. As of yet, the only fix I found was to restart my pc. Which basically means I can't play for the first 2 rounds at best and at worst I could only spectate the last round. I've lost multiple ranked games to this, so I'm extremely frustrated that I haven't been able to find a solution or that ubisoft hasn't done anything about this. Is there any fix for this, and will I get back the MMR I lost due to the game not functioning properly?

Sorry to hear that you have trouble with mouse movement in game.
Can I check exactly what mouse you use? Do you encounter this whilst using an alternative mouse?
Would it also be possible to perform a clean boot and let us know if the issue persists following this?
