[2021] [Ubisoft Account]When I go to try and start 2 Step Verification I get an Error

I can't play ranked since I can't setup two step verification. It shows this error message:
"Sorry, we're currently unable to load this content. Try again" I cannot make it try again and it stays this way. Please help!
