[2021] Still hasn't received my christmas pack with ash skin

So i still havent received my Ash Skin from Christmas. After pressing convert on pack new packs with skin never appeared on my account. I opened support case in february 2021, contacted twice but my case is closed now and i still dont have my skin

Please help
