Hello, My Battle Pass is recevied level 38 and i take exclusive alpha pack. İ tried open but my game crashed. I cant find what i recevied. or i can't take it. İ verified my files but i can't find skin. Can u help me? Sorry for bad english.

We will request a screenshot as proof that shows your Battle Pass and we should be able to check your account and battle pass progression after verifying you.
