I opened this ticket, due to an error on THEIR servers:

"On the evening of 2/24/2021, lag in your user-interface led to an accidental selection of "Ranked" multiplayer. I promptly selected the option to end matchmaking, in 5 seconds or less. I was then immediately presented with a "Connect to Ranked match" message, even though I had never actually entered a game. Fearing a ban and the repercussions, I selected to connect to said non-existent game...and was shown a connection error...and then the mess to reconnect to the ranked game disappeared. 20 minutes later, a ban pops up for 30 minutes, and I'm docked 44 MMR....for a GAME THAT NEVER EVEN STARTED. Please restore 44 MMR to my account, PS4 ID "croken717". Thank you."

And THIS is the absolutely HELPLESS response I get...pointing me to a link for PS4 connectivity issues. This isn't an issue in MY HOUSE Jack...this is an issue on your derelict servers Ubisoft.

"Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support.

Those penalties are issued server side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. In addition, we cannot add or remove MMR, as that is also an automated system.

Should you however encounter Disconnects / Crashes on a regular basis, we would like to suggest the following steps:

I do apologize for the frustration this has caused you.
"

YOUR SYSTEM IS BROKEN. As if that's not bad enough, you can't even MANUALLY make atonements for YOUR MISTAKES and YOUR SYSTEMS?!?

Hey croken717, thanks for getting in touch.

This is a known issue as we have received a number of players contacting about the same problem and this is currently under review by our development team.

We do apologise about the inconvenience this is currently causing as well as about the miscommunication that has been potentially caused by the confusion of which issue you were referring to when making a contact.

Either way, we appreciate your patience and as soon as we will have any further updates on this, details will be posted in our official forums, so keep an eye.
