Got into a ranked match, got disconnected at the beginning along with the other team, got a 60 minute sanction and lost my elo. I dont even care about the sanction, I can wait it out, but I worked hard for that elo.

I've had a look and it does not appear that we had any outage/degradation at the time and servers were working as intended.
If you have been disconnected at the start of the match, this will be related to match cancellation feature that has been presented in Y5S2 (patch notes), where a team is able to cancel the match if they have team member missing, which will result in the player who has left receiving the penalty and MMR reduction.
If this is something that you do experience on frequent basis, I would recommend to try completing steps outlined in the following article, which will allow you to establish better connection to game servers.
