[2020] [Gameplay]I have constant frame drops

Every game I play including rainbow six siege would play normally for a few minutes and then i would get insane framedrops dropping my frames from around 140fps to like 10fps and when that happens the game update icon shows up in red or yellow color, and yes i have selected disable fullscreen optimizations. I really hope anyone can help because this has been happening for a while now and I don't know what to do I even tried hard resetting my laptop and it didn't work.

I have a laptop with:
-Intel core i7 7700hq
-Nvidia geForce gtx1060 max q design
-32gb ram
