Multiple issues with displaying operator cosmetics in the shop menu and unable to open any alpha packs. No alpha packs come up on the right side of the screen and when open pack is clicked nothing happens. I currently have one mute protocol and 3 normal alpha packs that I am unable to open since the last patch. Occasionally, I get an error that prevents me from loading into a game saying "The world that was requested is not compatible with the current code" and boots me to the main menu again.

I'm sorry to hear that. Can you try verifying your installation please?
