I can confirm this particular issue has been brought up by a number of players and is already under review by our development team.

We do apologise about the inconvenience this is causing and as soon as we will have some further updates, details will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye!

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can try purchasing credits through Ubisoft Connect launcher via Store tab.
