Hello everyone, thank you for your recent replies on this thread.
We have no further updates on this issue/investigation and will not be updating this thread until we have some news from the Siege team.
We must check the following with you all however >
- You also need to make sure that you have linked all of your platforms to the same Ubisoft Account, before the cross-progression update went live on the 6th of December.
If you have opened a private support case with us to ask us to check or correct your linked platforms, we will do our best to reply to your case over email as we are able to, and your case will not close in the meantime. If you do have a support case, or decide to create one, please make sure to include the following information to help us investigate:
- What exactly you are missing?
If you can also let us know how you received each item and when (exactly or roughly), that would be helpful too (e.g. renown/pack, on/around 5th Dec 22).
- From which platform was the missing content originally on that should have synced?
- Did you link your corresponding platform before or after the release of the season? (06-Dec-2022)
- If you have recently unlinked or re-linked any accounts to your Ubisoft account. If so, which one(s)?
- Usernames and email addresses of all Ubisoft accounts you own, and specify which one you are wanting to have all the content on.
