[2021] Anyone experiencing this stutter ?

Hello,

I'm experiencing this problem for more than 1 year. Unfortunately i opened a case on Ubi Support but they couldn't figure it out. No background app running, formatted my pc few times, all drivers and windows up to date. Still can't find out what causes. There is something interesting ; it appears that round, and following round no stutter. One hint, on previous versions of Windows 10 like; 1803 or 1903 there was no issue. After the update 20H2, it appeared. Formatted pc back and installed previous versions like 1903 and 1803 and yes there is no problem which is interesting. Does anyone experiencing this problem ?
