[2021] Operator purchase error - 'Unlock Failed'

Hello CommanderCam96, thank you for posting and welcome to the forum.

We have been made aware of an issue from our players that some players are having trouble making purchases on a secondary store at the moment and would like to ask you for some more information about this if you wouldn't mind.

Are you able to upload a screenshot or photo of this to an image hosting website, such as Imgur or Snipboard and the like, then post the URL for us to view the error message you receive? Thank you.

That is totally fine CommanderCam96, that image is perfect and should help other players recognise if this is the same issue they are facing too.

We are looking into this now, if you wouldn't mind I would like to add your Ubisoft details to our report as one of our players who have been affected.
