Today Legacy TLM debuted, players received HOLIDAYS 2020 Pack. I have all the operators so I supposed to receive 2 unique "Ash Items Packs", but I didn't.
They're nowhere to be found in "Alpha Packs" section, Pop Up, Inventory or Operators Customization Screen. I am on PS4, EU server if it anyhow matter. I restarted my game and even a console few times. I am going to update this thread after lets say 48 hours.
