I have posted this multiple times but non off the staff reacted. I opend 3 alpha packs 1 common dupe kona p90 skin 1 dupe tachanka chibi and mp5 black ice Ive never received my rewards because my game crashed after looking at a bundel because of this for some reason I lost the renown and skins. (I never did a glitch for the skins) Can you (Ubisoft) put the skin and renown back in my account pls?

We can review your Ubisoft account which will help us determine what happened, then explain how best to proceed from there.
I've never known Alpha Packs or their rewards to go missing, so I'm certain there is an explanation.
Can you please confirm the Date and if possible, the time / zone you opened the Alpha Packs?
