[2022] Year 7 pass discount

Does anyone know if the 20% discount offered on the Ubisoft store in exchange for 100 of those Ubisoft Connect coins will apply to the year 7 pass? It advertises the discount when I try to purchase it, but it does not say weather or not it will work for newly released DLC. I don't want to use the coins if it will not apply. I tried to create a chat with support but the website kept forwarding me to the FAQ, which is not helpful for this question.
