I've been trying to connect my psn account to my ubisoft account. It says that the account is already linked to an another user, but I think its a bug. I even looked on the playstation website and it says that the account isn't linked to any apps and i don't have any other Ubisoft account and I'm the only one with access on the psn account. Any help?

I would advise to resume communication on your open support ticket, as we are not able to address account issues here on the public forums. To help aid our teams in their investigation on your ticket I'd suggest updating the ticket to provide them with your PSN username and if possible, any other old account information you may have used (even if you do not remember using it for Ubisoft, there is a chance you may have a super old account with your console linked).
