Hey Guys,
I am trying to invite my friend to my game or vice versa.
Problem is if he goes to play with the In-game Overlay with Ubisoft Connect he frames and ping spike.
We have tested this by having it turned on and off while solo queuing and while he has been with it on Ping Spikes and Frame drop, while off Perfectly fine.
The next issue is hey just turn off the overlay and then play, problem is when you do that you cannot accept or send invites.
Instead you get this " You'll be able to join when a game session is available" We have tried verifying files, reinstalling the game, Tried accessing Ubisoft Connect as the app not the overlay, Checking connection settings, Admin access, Different Devices, and changing a few optimisation settings. None of these have worked.
If you have an actual fix and not please try the following and be the above checks, that would be brilliant.
I do not know why the in game overlay has to be on for that, Why is the steam overlay not supported, why can you not open the app and join from there.
I have played the game for a bit but with each update alot of sections of the game break for people, it is starting to be come unplayable.
