yesterday i had accidentally logged out of my main ubisoft account, V1RUL3NCE, and when i had gone back on to log in i had forgotten my password, i tried to reset it and had been temporarily suspended, when i was trying to make a secondary account to post on here to ask how long it would take. i accidentaly used my email i used for my main account so now i cannot access it, my new account is V1RUL3NCE-1, when i tried to launch rainbow six siege off of steam, it said to link my new account with steam i clicked yes and it then said failed to authorize ownership of the game, even though i bought it on steam which i had linked it to so it should have been able to see that i had in fact purchased it. i am currently uninstalling and reinstalling rainbow six siege to see if it will have any difference on ubisoft connect.

i have already created several cases to resolve this issue, all have proof of ownership, i took a screenshot of the purchase in my purchase history

First and foremost, to find out more about the ownership error message you're receiving, have a look at the following article.

Essentially, the reason you're receiving this error message, is because you're connecting to the wrong Ubisoft Connect account, than it was linked to, when you launched Rainbow Six: Siege for the very first time.

To have this resolved, you need to make sure you are logged in to the right one and error will no longer appear.

You can only have one email address per account. I've had a look and can see that email addresses for both of your accounts are not the same as you've suggested.
