I finished a ranked game, and got an alpha pack at 40%. When I go back to the lobby to open it, there is no alpha pack, and it says I have a 3% chance.

We would usually ask you to wait 24 hours for these items to appear in your account.
If after 24 hours they still not have appeared in your game, we can look into this for you.
For anything to do with Alpha Packs or missing content we would need to discuss this in private after verifying your account.
