The customer service ubisoft provides is absolutely appalling. I haven't received any news about a ticket I opened in 4 days. I just want my content man. Your ticket support system is useless. The transaction has gone through,my money is gone and I still have nothing and they have been of zero assistance. Does anyone have the slightest idea of what I can do.
