Hello, I'm calling out a bug, I am currently stuck in an infinite loading screen and i don't want to get banned for this.

Hello @shaddh sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I am happy to hear you were able to avoid an abandon sanction, I am sorry however it came at the cost of a 3 hour wait!

If you are ever stuck in an infinite loading screen again, please try resetting your router, first of all, relaunch the game, then see if you can rejoin the match. If you are unable to connect and do receive an abandonment penalty, it will usually last for 30 minutes for a first-time offence that day.

It is also worth checking our server status for any degradations and running through our connectivity guide, if this infinite load time, affects you often >

If your connection issues were caused by our servers for a prolonged time, that would be the only time we would replace any renown boosters you had used. To check if this is why you are unable to connect, please see our server status for any degradation or emergency maintenance that could be ongoing > https://rainbow6.ubisoft.com/status/

If there are no current issues on our server when you have disconnected, this troubleshooting guide should help improve your connection to Siege. This guide includes steps to port forward your router for a stronger connection to our servers >
