[2022] Merge two Accounts between two platforms

I have an account on Xbox, in this account I bought R6 credits, and I also bought items such as Elite, Prolig, and Skin Gun
And I also have an account on Playstation that has the same conditions and has many items
That is, we conclude that I have two accounts on two different platforms (Xbox and PlayStation), each of which has different game items.
My question is, can I merge these two accounts together and have all these items together in one account??

@M80-_-LordAXIOM Hi there! Welcome to Discussions! I'm happy to let you know this certainly is possible since cross-progression just recently got supported for Rainbow Six Siege. All you'll have to do is link your Xbox and PlayStation accounts to a singular Ubisoft account. You'll be able to link your accounts on the Account Management website after clicking on "Account information".
